What happened?
[Firstly, thank you so much for adding JXL export support]
When exporting images, an 80% quality JXL is significantly larger than an 80% JPEG.
Example test case:
JPG export: 2.78MB, JXL export: 6.07MB
(these numbers are accurate to actual files)
What did you expect to happen?
JXL should be significantly smaller than JPG. If I use imageMagick to convert an original file to JXL at quality 80 filesize is 3.5MB (which is still higher than the jpg above, which is odd, but it is nearly half the size of the jxl from RapidRaw)
How can we reproduce this?
Go to save/export
Select jxl
Set quality to 80
Export.
Operating System
Windows 11
RapidRAW Version
1.52
Additional information
No response
Acknowledgement
