This is a description of this repository's structure.
- data (Directory): contains compressed RNA-Seq data from bulk peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of both healthy and COVID-19 infected individuals
- notebook (Directory): contains the Jupyter Notebook with the code used to process the input FASTQ files into plots
- figures (Directory): contains graphical representations of the differential expression of genes between COVID-infected and healthy individuals
