This repository contains scripts, documentation, and summary outputs related to quality control (QC) analyses for HBCD imaging data.

Overview

The goal of this repository is to organize QC-related code and documentation in one place so it is easier to review, share, and maintain. It includes workflows for QC summaries, visualizations, and analyses of how QC measures relate to imaging-derived outcomes.

This repository is intended for code, documentation, and summary-level outputs only. It should not contain individual-level identifiable data.

Example summary visualizations

Workflows in this repository may generate summary plots that illustrate how QC measures relate to imaging-derived metrics, manual QC ratings, and post-processing outcomes.

These visualizations may include:

• regression-based plots summarizing associations between QC measures and derived outcomes
• correlation plots showing the strength and direction of QC-related effects
• group comparison plots across visits, vendors, or QC categories
• network-level summaries showing which measures or regions are most affected by QC
