[Feature]: 允许用户关闭标题生成

Problem or use case

仅仅只是我个人习惯不想AI生成标题，因为很多时候我的话题比较类似，如果靠AI生成的标题很多时候我找不到我想找的历史对话，能拿消息当标题的话也比较有辨识度

Proposed behavior

参考owu设置里的自动生成标题，关闭后标题不会生成而会使用第一条消息作为对话标题，不过owu里的标题好像没有字数限制，第一条消息文字太多的话标题也会很长，也许可以加一个限制比如使用第一条消息的前20个字来当作标题
