Refresh of the existing taOSmd line (no new entry). Keeps the graph-memory framing (the typed temporal KG with invalidation-based supersede leads), and adds the part that distinguishes it on this list: each fact links back to its source span, and a verifier demotes ones it cannot support before they are served, on top of the zero-loss archive. Also adds the offline/8GB framing and a labelled, reproducible number (97% Recall@5 on LongMemEval-S, per
docs/benchmarks.md). The GitHub badge is unchanged.
