chore(deps): bump tmp and @dimo-network/transactions

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency @dimo-network/transactions. These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `@dimo-network/transactions` from 0.1.91 to 0.1.641
