[Feature]: Cleaning up sandboxes

User Story

As an operator, I want sandboxes to be automatically cleaned up at some point, so that I don't have to do it myself.

Feature Description

This would rely on diracx-tasks.
A few questions though:

• when should we proceed to the cleanup? Should it be configurable? Per VO?

Definition of Done

• Task handles the cleanup properly based on the requirements we define
• Unit test
