TAO_IDL3_TO_IDL2 settings should be removed from the gnu MPC template #141
The gnu MPC template has settings for TAO_IDL3_TO_IDL2, should be replaced with a verbatim in the specific MPC base projects, see also DOCGroup/XSC#57
