chore(beta): bump backend image to v10.2.1

10.0.1.commit.824dc3a5 → 10.2.1.commit.db0a69af

Beta is the canary for the v10.0.1 → v10.2.1 jump (skips 10.0.2-10.0.8,
10.1.0-10.1.2, 10.2.0). Migrations will run on first boot.
Required intermediate before v11.0.0 (which mandates v10.1+).
