[Enhancement] cd command has no checks for if a directory exists or not

Describe the bug

The cd command has no checks on whether the inputted directory exists or not

To Reproduce

1. cd into a non existent directory
2. run any command while in that directory

Expected behavior

The cd command should show an error if it can't find a directory

Currently the output shown is the bare output of adb protocol. I will have to manually add checks for cd command specifically in such situations.
I am going to put it in TODO as enhancement
