Currently (DSpace 7.X) if a person has a netid the way we can change it is only by making an update in the eperson table to change, remove or add the netid field. And add the possibility to search by netid. This way the repository manager can edit that field and change accordingly to the user request

Add a input field in the edit eperson page to manage the netid.
Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered
The only way is to do an update query or by command line editing.

This is now what we can edit, but The netid should be an editable field too.
