Apply full GitHub brand guidelines to buttons

- Load Mona Sans (GitHub's brand typeface) via Google Fonts
- New .btn-github class: white text, white Invertocat, Mona Sans font,
  no letter-spacing, white border (per brand.github.com guidelines)
- Both nav and hero GitHub buttons use brand-compliant styling
- All 'GitHub' text verified as proper camelCase
