Add the missing github.com/gofrs/flock v0.13.0/go.mod checksum to go.work.sum.

Context

helm.sh/helm/v3 v3.20.2 brings in github.com/gofrs/flock v0.13.0, so local Go commands were updating the tracked workspace sum file.
