Fix commit push GitHub workflows

What Does This Do

This PR fixes GitHub workflows pushing commits.
They broke after the migration to the next major version of DataDog/comit-headless: https://github.com/DataDog/commit-headless/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#breaking-changes

Motivation

It was broke during from this PR: #11114

Additional Notes

I will backport this PR to the 1.62.x patch branch once approved.
