What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
The Data Scanner Unmask permission and mask action are now GA for APM spans and RUM events, in addition to logs. This PR removes all "available for logs only" qualifiers and updates the mask action documentation to reflect full product availability.

layouts/shortcodes/sds-mask-action.md: Remove "only available for logs" alert, update availability note to include APM spans and RUM events, update unmask steps to reference findings (not just logs), and add Trace Explorer and RUM Explorer links alongside Log Explorercontent/en/security/sensitive_data_scanner/setup/telemetry_data.md: Remove "(available for logs only)" qualifier from the mask action bullet (×2 instances)content/en/security/sensitive_data_scanner/_index.md: Same removal from the main SDS overview pageMerge instructions
