Rename bits_ai_dev_agent -> bits_code and bits_ai_sre -> bits_investigation (including chat_bits_ai_sre -> chat_bits_investigation). Adds aliases to preserve old URLs, updates internal links and side navigation, and renames the site_support_id while retaining the old key for translated pages.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-14574 by renaming the URL paths for two Bits AI sections to match current product names:
/bits_ai/bits_ai_dev_agent/→/bits_ai/bits_code//bits_ai/bits_ai_sre/→/bits_ai/bits_investigation/(and thechat_bits_ai_srepage →chat_bits_investigation)Includes:
site_support_id(bits_ai_sre→bits_investigation); the old key is kept inparams.yamluntil translated pages adopt the new IDMerge readiness
