What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds Cost metrics: 15 months to the Cloud Cost Management section of the Data Retention Periods page.
I've had customers ask in enablement sessions about cost data retention. I point them frequently to this page as a fantastic source of truth for all things retention, and it was missing.
This is already documented on the Cloud Cost Management overview page but was missing from the proposed change on the retention reference page.
