Skip J9+ASAN tests due to OpenJ9 JVM bugs

OpenJ9 has known GC stack-scanning and defineClass race bugs
that are exposed by ASAN timing changes, causing intermittent
JVM crashes (SIGSEGV in walkStackFrames during GC scanSlots).
