Updates the pinned GitLab CI “one-pipeline” template reference to a newer libdatadog-build revision that introduces a validation check ensuring OCI_PACKAGE_NAME and OCI_AGENT_REGISTRY_PACKAGE_NAME stay in sync.
Changes:
- Bump the remote
one-pipeline.ymlinclude URL in the locked CI config to a new pinned digest/revision. - Indirectly enables the upstream-added OCI variable sync validation in the shared pipeline template.
