[Bug] [Module Name] Deploy dinky and create flink yarn-per-job cluster error report

What happened

hadoop版本2.10.2，flink版本：1.17.2，dinky版本：1.2.4

extends下flink的包如下

flink-shaded-hadoop-2-uber-2.7.5-8.0.jar 这个包直接从maven仓库拿来的，没有做任何修改。

遇到的问题：dinky前端创建yarn-perjob集群，没有任何反映，dinky-log日志报错如下，请问下什么原因呢，十分感谢！

没有看到官网说修改 flink-shaded-hadoop-2-uber-2.7.5-8.0.jar 的任何内容
