Edit course profile button to course overview page

Currently it's on per-course basis - just like on Kaggle people can have different names in different competitions

But probably it'd be helpful to have a slightly different setup - one common profile and different instances for each of the course that inherit some common attributes (links, name, etc)

partly solved it by making new enrollments inherit the certificate name from the previous enrollment. The leaderboard name is generated randomly and the links need to be put again. So not closing it for now yet

Reopened: I accidentally pushed an implementation commit for this issue while we were only triaging. That change has been reverted in 8f5073c, so the issue should remain open for discussion/prioritization.

Closing as already implemented.

The course profile can already be edited from existing course-specific entry points:

• On each course page there is an Edit course profile button linking to the enrollment/profile form.
• On the leaderboard page, the current user block links to the same profile edit page via the display-name change link.

So the per-course profile editing flow exists today. The earlier accidental overview-page implementation was reverted in 8f5073c.
