Remove Google Analytics tracking params from O'Reilly URL in reliable-machine-learning book review (#109)

The URL contained GA tracking parameters with asterisks (_gl=1*95hemv*_ga*...)
which caused markdown parsers to incorrectly interpret them as emphasis markers.
The clean URL still links to the correct O'Reilly page.
