fix: resolve CI typecheck failures

- Remove accidentally tracked dw-insights/query-data-nl.ts (paid agent leaked into OSS repo)
- Exclude paid agent directories from tsconfig to prevent future leaks
- Fix TypeScript type errors in test-all-tools.ts (proper response typing)
