Leiningen migrate to codeberg and some part of provisioning tool now leave there. Because of that setup-clojure have to use codeberg API with rate limits based on IP if not authorised. Subsequently all setup-clojure users installing latest leiningen version might be rate limited because github has a limited number of public IPs reserved for nodes running github actions. To avoid codeberg rate limits it is advised to use the new codeberg-auth input with token generated at https://codeberg.org/user/settings/applications
