In deadbeef, it would only show one row, and little arrows appear on the left and right. The arrows go to the previous/next playlist, and do not scroll the row. This isn't very intuitive to use.
I would like to request that an option is added where it would behave more like foobar in that it would add an additonal row if the width was not enough to display all playlists. In my opinion, it should be an option.. I can imagine others might not like this behaviour because it would take up more window estate.
