Updates documentation based on user Q&A from the past 2 weeks.

• Adds new info to SAML article and changes ordering
• Adds more info to Universal Parser article to explain limitations
• Clarifies default user permissions in DefectDojo: without a default Group, new users can't see anything
• Changes an instance of "hash value" to "hash code" for language consistency: was creating some issues with translation
