workspaces/implementation/challenger-queue.md 是 ROADMAP 里列出的 active queue，但它的 Current State 和 Active 摘要仍停在 2026-05-23 的 Lane A metadata triage / Identity-Focused Inference 状态。当前 Research 热路径已经推进到 2026-05-25 H2 output-cloud geometry seed-stability verdict，并且 feature-packet consumer lane、LeakyCLIP、ReDiffuse STL-10 均有新的 no-GPU / no-admission 边界。
