Code Review
This pull request formalizes the decision to defer the "feature-packet" consumption channel for the Platform/Runtime, updating project roadmaps, status trackers, and documentation to reflect a "deferred-candidate" state. The verdict is based on the lack of diverse public artifacts and raw assets for the "Tracing the Roots" research evidence. A new document details the search results and criteria for future re-evaluation. Feedback was provided regarding a potential typo in a paper reference ("RareGraph-Synth") cited in the new evidence report.

The term RareGraph-Synth appears to be a typo. While RareGraph is a known work related to graph generative models, the suffix -Synth and its inclusion in a list of diffusion trajectory results suggest it might be a confusion with RareGAN or a specific synthesis-focused variant. Please verify the paper title.
