Fix Midnight data for weekly quests and unique objectives (v1.2.8).

- Add missing Mining weekly quest "It's Called Silvermoon". Fixes #142.
- Add missing Skinning weekly quest "Essential Materials". Fixes #150.
- Update Star Metal Deposit location in Voidstorm. Fixes #127.
- Update Unalloyed Abundance cost for Echo of Abundance from Chel the Chip (400 to 1600). Fixes #127.
