Pull request overview
Scopes Dependabot update configuration to the 4.14.x release branch only (per step 1 of dependency-track#6106), so automated dependency update PRs are created against the release branch instead of main.
Changes:
- Removed Dependabot update entries intended for the default branch.
- Configured existing NPM and Docker updates to target
4.14.x. - Added a GitHub Actions update entry targeting
4.14.x.
