- Added a new tank fight to the final area that spawns once at least 1 survivor drops from the offramp into the helicopter extraction area.
- The survivor ladder has been removed, making this a one way drop.
- The tank spawns inside the helicopter.
- Once survivors reach the truck on the offramp the gauntlet event stops (same as vanilla).
- The standard tank on the bridge still spawns.
- The path on the right is blocked off, survivors must take the longer left path to reach the helicopter.
- This prevents survivors from rushing past the tank too easily, or surrounding the tank from both sides to bait a rush.
- Added additional fence covers near the helicopter to give the tank more cover.
- Added an infected ladder to get over the fence by the helicopter.
- Added infected ladders to get over the barricade on the right path.
Developer Note: Rather than having a tank right at the start of the map in a small area that can easily cause survivors to bleed through the entire event, an additional tank at the end challenges survivors to take the rest of the map well.
The area after the drop is fairly open and more interesting to fight a tank in, and also has the potential for survivors take risks to chip the tank or rush past it.
Survivors have to drop to spawn the tank as the offramp area would be too easy to kill a tank, but it is possible to send only 1 survivor down to spawn the tank.
- Made the weapons in the saferoom always have a shotgun and SMG.
- Moved the pistol spawn to the other table to prevent it from disappearing.
- Added a melee spawn outside the saferoom.
- 4 pills will spawn in the last truck by the bridge tank.
- All other health item spawns are removed.
- Removed all but one of the hittable cars by the bridge tank.
- Kept in one of the futher back cars that past configs removed, to make it slightly risker to stay far back on this tank.
Developer Note: This is now a hatchback that starts in a slightly easier to use spot.
- Blocked survivors from reaching an upper bridge section by the hanging blue bus.
- Blocked survivors from jumping over the fence on the offramp as a shortcut to the helicopter.
- Blocked survivors from getting out of bounds behind the barricade by the saferoom.
- Clipped some of the debris piles near the start of the map to stop players from getting stuck.
- Added collision to the final set of damage beams near where the bridge tank spawns.
- Added missing glass to vehicles.
- Removed a fallen barrel in the final area.
- Added a bus by the van where the bridge tank is fought.
Developer Note: This helps makes up for a lack spawns due to the removed cars and makes the van position slightly weaker.
- The helicopter startup sound fades out after a few seconds.
- Removed the F18 bombing run / flyby events.
- Fixed a clip that was mistakenly made into a trigger on the final section of the bridge.
- It now correctly prevents survivors from standing on the support columns under the bridge.
- Added infected ladders to climb over the barricade above the saferoom.
- Added bridge railings all the way along most of the bridge, preventing easy death charges.
- The only notable gap in the railings can be found on the second destroyed section of the bridge by the 2 semi trucks.
