Counters can be reset

As a System Administrator
I need the ability to reset the counter,
So that I can redo counting from the start.

Details and Assumptions

• We will add a timer reset option
• The reset counter button will be visible
• The counter can be rest at any time

Acceptance Criteria

Given that I have added a counter reset option
When I press the reset button/option,
Then the counter will restart from beginning
