Updates the Ukrainian (uk) localization message set for DevExtreme UI components.
Changes:
- Refines/adjusts multiple existing Ukrainian message values across core widgets and validation messages.
- Replaces several remaining English strings with Ukrainian equivalents (e.g., FileUploader/Chat/Scheduler/DataGrid AI-related labels).
- Updates wording for a set of UI labels (e.g., PivotGrid totals, column fixing text, recurrence units).
