This PR restructures the Common → What’s New area by introducing a dedicated Changelog subsection (v26.1 cycle) and adjusting navigation so “Migrate to the New Version” appears after the new Changelog content.
Changes:
- Reordered the “Migrate to the New Version” menu placement under What’s New.
- Added a new 02 Changelog group with pages for breaking changes, UI/UX updates, and DevExtreme CLI updates (plus a deprecated API list).
- Removed the prior “Learn Breaking Changes and Deprecated API” content from the migration section (content now represented under the Changelog).
