fix: align frontend validation with backend contract

Summary

• add shared backend validation constraints and stricter schedule/preparation form validation
• reject past schedule times and surface localized validation messages
• parse the new backend validation error envelope for schedule form failures
• cap long feedback/note fields and regenerate invalid alarm device IDs
