What is the current behavior?

This PR updates the earlier work in #1225

What is the new behavior?

• system-ui is now widely adopted by major Linux desktops, and will follow XDG's user preferred system font.
  • That means if the Linux user decided to use other system fonts (like Inter) as their default in the Appearance/Theme Settings, it will be reflected in DevToys.
• Added Adwaita Sans for newer GNOME desktops (since GNOME 48).
