Scope

• Implement MoneyContextBuilder to summarize financial aggregates (budgets, totals, trends).

Acceptance Criteria

• Money AI prompt contains only structured totals, not raw messages or account numbers.
• Verification tests ensure OTPs/secrets are successfully redacted.
