Problem

Real-time microphone capture and on-device transcription are missing on Android.

Scope

• Implement Android Kotlin platform channel handler.
• Set up foreground service for recording with microphone type.
• Integrate whisper.cpp/faster-whisper Android runtime.
• Handle low-storage, interrupts, and Bluetooth routing.

Acceptance Criteria

• Recording continues when app is backgrounded.
• Whisper outputs transcript chunks locally without memory leaks.
