Problem

Users cannot easily correct parsed financial entries or undo recent additions.

Scope

• Implement edit/undo UI toast on chat financial ingestion.
• Add transaction status badges in lists (e.g. "Reviewed", "Pending Review").

Acceptance Criteria

• Undo action removes the transaction from budget calculations.
• Status badges display correctly in transaction lists.
