I used the program successfully for some time but recently the exe file has been vanishing for me. I thought it was a bug until I checked windows defender.

yep seems about right, this does look like an active repo though. perhaps it's false. the owner can likley get the detections removed if so.

I feel like I need to setup an issue template specifically for this thing, this is getting ridiculous at this point.

probably. i just looked up 'virus' in the issues and didn't see a single thing bc duplicate issues are not searchable and somehow the title and main text (not comments) of #13 does not contain that text. I would argue that's due diligence enough.

All of the "virus" issues have already been closed a long time ago, so unless you were looking in the open issues only, then I really don't know what you were doing, to miss all this.

Regardless, I guess it's finally time to setup some kind of issue templates, or something similar, that'd try and limit the amount of "oh no, it's a virus" issues being created. It's been kinda fun before, but now it's getting boring at this point.

You can automate this using Github Actions to post based on keywords and the such. Let me know if you want me to give the workflow a shot and submit a PR @DevilXD

@secretsoup Hmm, that honestly sounds better than the issue templates. It'd really just be best if people would "get the message" even before making a new issue about it, but oh well. I kinda suck at workflows myself, so please do if you want to, I'm interested in how would that work.
