e2e(bd-47kjh.9): add agy ecosystem E2E script + record live-run results

Hard gates pass on a real pinned-model agy conversation (round-trip, model
guard, conversation persistence, cass index, dcg guard, skill drives agy).
Surfaces the remaining deployment drift: installed ntm/caam/casr/am binaries
predate their (complete) agy source and need a stack refresh.
