Cannot install dioxus-cli 0.6.0 on Windows due to `aws-lc-sys v0.23.1`

1 Hard way
Netwide Assembler (NASM) must be installed for win11
https://www.nasm.us/pub/nasm/releasebuilds/2.16.03/win64/
Inside nasm run command:
cargo install --git https://github.com/dioxuslabs/dioxus dioxus-cli --locked --force
or
2 Simple way
cargo binstall dioxus-cli --version v0.6.0

I also ran into this, here's the clue

https://cmake.org/download/

use "windwos x64 installer"

tick to put exe in $PATH

restart terminal and run cmake --version it should say 3

$ cmake --version 
cmake version 3.30.4

CMake suite maintained and supported by Kitware (kitware.com/cmake).

i love microsoft, apparently removing the visual studio cmake from path, uninstalling desktop development with c++ and installing cmake from cmake.org fixes this issue, amazing, didn't know that they were different

I recommend folks use the binstalls we provide to avoid this issue. Installing the CLI also takes a long time now with all its new features.

Unfortunately reqwest/hyper changed from ring to aws-lc which adds a new dependency that we don't have control over.

We should add notes about nasm requirements in the guide if there aren't already.

The page recommends using binstall due to the build time. What if you write it like: Installing from source will take several minutes and hit several environmental dependency issues. ( correct my English please :) )

These steps worked for me:

1. Download the Windows installer for CMake from the official website.
2. Download the Windows installer for NASM from the official website.
3. System restart.

I didn't have to modify any paths outside of using the installer.
