Dockerfile missing

The readme asks me to rename either Dockerfile, yet i can't find any Dockerfile in either this repo or shared-workflows.

It seemes there is a published docker image, but I would prefer building myself.

Is the readme just outdated and theres no support for selfhosted docker anymore? Or is nix absolutely required to build the image?

oof i just noticed there are quite a few other issues with the docker setup, like network-mode: host. Welp, gonna have to completely customize that.

Nix is required to build the image nowadays, but I did accidentally miss updating the README.

I personally use network_mode: host in production due to my lack of experience when I originally wrote the docker compose setup, but yeah it's always been a starting point to build your setup with.

Alas, being unable to test this due to seemingly gcloud being a requirement makes all this quite moot

gCloud and Polly are requirements, but there are generous free tiers for single server instances of the bot.

Its a privacy concern, not a cost one.
