Don't require gCloud for the service to function. If a gCloud key is not passed in, any functionality to do with gCloud will return an error, and gCloud won't show up in the list of valid modes.

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to Rust so this is probably really stupid, feel free to comment on whatever needs to be changed.
