Have a class fest for clerics specifying the "swap prepared spell for cure/inflict" ability

Druids also get this, but for Summon Animal (instead of cure)

Clerics:

• Evil clerics get "inflict" instead of "cure"
• Neutral clerics can have either cure or inflict, but not both. This should match whether they turn or rebuke undead.
