Update course names

Some courses have changed names: BINF-F402 went from "Genomics, proteomics, evolution" to "Genomics, transcriptomics and epigenomics". BIOL-F208 went from "Biologie moleculaire et cellulaire" to "Biochimie et physiologie du cellule", and there are probably more. When the course changes names, usually the things taught change as well (BIOL-F208 changed dramatically). Maybe make a separation between documents uploaded under the current version and documents uploaded under a previous version?

Thank your for the report ! We indeed know that a lot of courses have the wrong/old name of slug. Unfortunately it's hard to automatically do the link between the old and the new one and doing it by hand for the 5701 courses will be a bit long.

Maybe make a separation between documents uploaded under the current version and documents uploaded under a previous version?

That's a great idea :) But it would also require us to know when the course did change name and that's not an easy task either ^^

Also, some of the category tree is wrong at the moment (see Discord)

master in bioinformatics is now classed as a biology course, but it is given by the department of informatics, so it should be here in the list of courses as well

We should be sure that the new tree does not have the same problem
