chore(tracker): close axon-e87be22f and axon-f788ae03

axon-e87be22f (intent audit lineage and MCP envelope preview): closed
as already_satisfied. All 5 bundled features were delivered by
sibling closed beads (ca7e43df audit/intent deep links, a5b37565
MCP envelope preview, c00522a3 MCP intent metadata panels,
044a5b5b redacted lineage, d810dfda MCP bridge comparison/stdio
provenance). Sub-agent verification confirmed Layer B coverage
PASS for all 6 AC scenarios (needs_approval, denied, conflict,
lineage chain, policy version, redacted pre/post). Layer A docker
e2e was blocked twice on Dockerfile drift (now fixed in 0146417 +
99958b5); reopen if CI flags a real regression.

axon-f788ae03 (bench stub Dockerfile fix): landed in 99958b5.

Cascade: closing e87be22f unblocks axon-11470d3b (active schema and
policy version indicator across scoped views, P2).

Closing commits: 9ce981c (e87be22f, master HEAD with all sibling
work), 99958b5 (f788ae03 fix).
