  Closed via b825d0c. 6/7 ACs covered by 2 passing lazy_read tests in
  axon-api/handler.rs. AC7 (DDx-side integration sanity test) deferred
  to axon-82b6f7b2 (DDx-on-axon adoption epic) where Use Case C lives.

hx-5f4d4ea1 — UI toggle race
  AC6 (explicit type union, no boolean+nullable combos) is not met by
  the current implementation; bead remains open for the next attempt.
  Stripped stale triage:no-changes-unjustified label.

axon-5956e527 — Cypher QueryStore over StorageAdapter
  Stripped stale needs_human label; bead is now legitimately blocked
  on axon-11508cde (B1.3 of the FEAT-009 dep inversion).
