axon-c5a64173 (FEAT-031 policy and intents admin UI): all 9 deps
closed (the FEAT-030 epic + 8 FEAT-031 build children e626a2a8,
03ba1a49, f8ebe2cf, 1a947aba, e87be22f, 11470d3b, 10629702, plus the
FEAT-029 epic d556e197).

axon-82b6f7b2 (DDx-on-axon adoption: consumer use cases): single dep
axon-05c1019d (graph pattern query for ready/blocked) closed; the
implementation chain culminating in axon-100687fd benchmarks
satisfies the use case.

Closing commit b570da0 (master HEAD at the time the last child closed).

Final state: 0 open, 1031 closed.
