chore(tracker): close B1.1 + ca7e43df (false-positive needs_human flags) [axon-1202db7c, axon-ca7e43df, hx-5f4d4ea1]
Both beads' implementations had landed cleanly between my last push and this cleanup; the ddx review/intake pipelines applied false-positive needs_human flags due to mechanical wrapper failures, not code issues. axon-1202db7c (B1.1) — extract axon-cypher-ast crate Closed via 82500f2. All 6 ACs verified. Reviewer flagged review-error: unparseable (JSON verdict format), but the merge is clean. Workspace test, check, clippy all pass; cargo tree confirms AC6 leaf-on-axon-core. Unblocks B1.2 (axon-d323acc9). axon-ca7e43df — audit intent lineage links and filters Closed via 80e1c3d. Implementation in audit/+page.svelte covers deep links, lineage panel with all 7 fields, REST endpoint chronological order, and intent-audit-lineage.spec.ts. Intake's "AC dropped or altered" rationale was wrong — AC text is unchanged. hx-5f4d4ea1 — UI toggle race Stripped re-applied needs_human label. Intake claimed "description drops commitment ADR-020", but the description still contains the ADR-020/ADR-021 reference. Real AC6 gap (state machine type union) remains; bead stays open.
